The public cloud is frequently talked about as the answer to all IT problems, but a recent survey of 508 senior IT professionals from mid-sized UK organisations suggests that a new set of challenges can arise as use increases. This report summarises the research and discusses tactics for managing the complexity that often results from fragmented cloud adoption.
