MWC becomes a launch event for Windows 10 devices

At Mobile World Congress (MWC) on Monday, Microsoft’s key hardware partners announced several new Windows 10 devices, including laptops, tablets, and 2-in-1s. While there were no official Windows 10 on ARM announcements at the event, Qualcomm did talk about “cellular PCs” based on the Snapdragon 835 chipset, and hinted that this technology could also support Microsoft’s Windows Mixed Reality platform…
